Join Cory for an evening of at-home yin yoga—no traditional props needed, beginners encouraged!
The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year and the beginning of summer. Yang (solar, energetic, warm, active) energy is high and prioritized around this time, naturally so. It’s easy for our fire cup to overflow and we may feel burnt out and lethargic if we forget to balance our yin (lunar, restful, cool, passive) energy.
Get cozied up in bed or find a small space on your floor and settle in for 75 minutes of balanced and cozy rest. We will use pillows and blankets as props. Zoom link will be sent upon purchase.
