  • Kundalini & Meditation - Tuesdays | 6:15-7:30 p.m.

    Jai leads this efficient and vigorous practice to light up the energetic body. Kundalini practice focuses heavily on breath and one-pointedness of mind. Beginners are welcome. Bring a mat, a pillow, and a blanket. Water as well.

    Location: Harrison Center (Speck Gallery), 1505 N Delaware St

    Instructions for entering Harrison Center for Kundalini class: Enter on Delaware St. between the main entrance and the church. Enter through the door behind the wheel installation using the code 9767#. Or use the rear parking lot door with the same code.

  • Slow Flow - Wednesdays | 10-11 a.m.

    Check in to the park for a mid-week slow flow open to all. Raquel’s classes focus on gentle and long holds, somatic movements, and the wisdom of yogic philosophy. You’ll need a mat and water. Cushions and blocks are optional.

    Location: Highland Park, 1100 E New York St (at the top of the hill)

  • Yoga & Meditation - Saturdays | 9-10 a.m.

    This park class is a beginner-friendly, intentionally slow and low practice led by different teachers in the community each week. Expect a blissful flow to lubricate the body and center the mind. You’ll want to bring a mat and water. Cushions and blocks are optional.

    Location: Garfield Park Farmers Market, 2432 Conservatory Dr (by the tennis courts)
